Even if you don’t feel like it. Don’t let things distract you from doing what you must. Avoid distractions. Remember that building an habit takes a long time. But don’t let a small slip you throw everything that you have built be destroyed.
Show up. Somedays are easy, somedays are hard. But on those days that things are harder, that’s when you have to really push through it. Make sure to do it even if you don’t feel like it. You will feel worse if you don’t show up.
