“In your actions don’t procrastinate. In your conversations, don’t confuse. In your thoughts, don’t wander. In your soul, don’t be passive or aggressive. In your life, don’t be all about business.”Marcus Aurelius
One of my daily routines is to read “The Daily Stoic” a book written by Ryan Holiday. Everyday it has a quote by some of the most famous stoics. The quote for today stood up. It gives a simple guide on how to live your life. And even-though it’s simple, it takes a life to learn what it means.
As we end another work week, I think it’s time to reflect how the week went, but most important what are we doing to have a good life. And it doesn’t mean to being rich or have a problem free life. It means what we do with what we have.
As a reflection, have you procrastinated this week? Have you been telling the truth? Have you had positive and correct thoughts? Are you feeding your mind with good intentions? Are you nurturing your mind? your body? your soul? Are you giving yourself enough time to relax? to learn? to work on your passions? Are you becoming a better human being? Have you accomplished what you said you were going to do?
